The Shore Club

The Shore Club is one of the most well known Miami Beach hotels. Originally comprised of 309 rooms, the building now offers Miami Beach condos for sale (a total of 85 units) and 100 hotel rooms under its new leadership. Details are still emerging on what these condominium units will offer but owners will be able to enter their unit into the hotel program when not being used. The building features architecture by Isay Weinfeld who will also contribute to the building’s interior design. The landscape architecture is being handled by Enzo Enea.

In addition to its standard condominium units available with one, two or three bedrooms, those who choose The Shore Club will also have the option of a poolside bungalow available with 1,000 to 2,000 square feet.

Residents of The Shore Club will be right next to the sands of Miami Beach and the Atlantic Ocean as well as other notable places throughout the barrier island such as the Bass Museum of Art, the popular W South Beach and Fontainebleau, the Fillmore, South Beach, Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive and much more. The village of Bal Harbour is just a few minutes north while Miami is across Biscayne Bay to the west of The Shore Club.
