Rap Mogul Birdman Puts His $20-Million Miami Mansion on the Market

The home of the Cash Money Records cofounder has a dock large enough to park a 100-foot-yacht

If the walls of this Miami beach house could talk, a lot of people would be in trouble. Bryan “Birdman” Williams, cofounder of Drake and Nicki Minaj‘s label, Cash Money Records, has listed the unique party pad for $20 million according to Trulia. After purchasing the mansion from Russell Weiner, the founder of Rockstar Energy Drink, for $14.25 million in 2011, the rap mogul renovated the home by adding marble and chrome accents, custom lighting, and unique wallpapers throughout. Listing agent Brett Harris of Douglas Elliman Real Estate calls it “a home fit for kings: 20,000 square feet under AC with every amenity possible.” The grounds are situated along 100 feet of canal frontage with a dock large enough for a 100-foot yacht. There’s also a private pool area with a sand volleyball court, outdoor kitchen, and pizza oven. The 7-bedroom, 11-bathroom home has a chef’s kitchen, two wine cellars, a movie theater and a climate-controlled garage. The 2,000-square-foot master bedroom—which was expanded by combining three bedrooms together—has two balconies, dual bathrooms, and walk-in closets.
