Bryan “Birdman” Williams, the co-founder and public face of Cash Money Records, is attempting to fly the coop—and put some respect on his name, because he’s not leaving without compensation.

It’ll take $20 million to open the door and let the Birdman soar. That’s the price he hopes to pull down for his mansion on the water in Miami Beach, FL.

Williams bought the mansion—which was built in 2004—from Rockstar Energy Drink founder Russell Weiner for $14.25 million in 2011. Birdman then dropped a few million renovating the place into a baller’s paradise, with acres of marble, chrome, custom lighting, and textured, animal-print wallpaper.
